Jo is a hospital and university-trained registered nurse and trained counsellor, with a background in nursing, sales, training, and research. Jo is the founder and director of Treat Healthcare. She is passionate about helping staff improve health and vitality, incorporating evidence-based modalities drawn from psychology, mindfulness, neuroscience and stress reduction interventions. She currently runs ‘Treat’ programs and sessions to support staff in many workplaces. These include Alfred Health, Royal Melbourne Hospital, Royal Women’s Hospital, Beyond Blue, and Safer Care Victoria
